Our History

Over thirty years ago, in 1983, the PPCP began in three rooms upstairs in the First Presbyterian Church.  For the first few years, this space served as home.  In 1989 the Coop moved to its current location "the cute little school house" at 323 Mary St.

Throughout the years the PPCP has continually embodied the spirit of uniting education and community.  Since it's inception hundreds of families have been members of the Coop.

While the PPCP has greatly benefited from its relationship with, and blessings of, the First Presbyterian Church, the families comprising the Coop have always represented varied religious backgrounds.
